The Enchanted Glade, your first combat zone
Your journey begins in the Enchanted Glade.

1. Settle in and find your first quest

Aurevorn is a fantasy idle RPG in your browser. You choose a goal and prepare your hero; combat and profession actions then run automatically. You need an account and an internet connection to play. No download is needed.

  1. Create your account, sign in and choose your hero’s class, appearance and name.
  2. Open Combat → Enchanted Glade. Entering the zone completes your first objective.
  3. Open Quests and claim the reward for “First Steps”. The next quest leads you into your first fight.
  4. Follow the introduction: defeat enemies, inspect your loot, gather Ironwood and visit the blacksmith in Arytheum. Claim completed quest rewards to unlock the next step.

2. Which class suits you?

Choose the playstyle that appeals to you. Abilities, talents and equipment shape your hero as you progress. Your class’s attack stat matters most when choosing weapons.

Warrior

Steel and fury. Look for Strength; after the rusty starter sword, the introduction leads to a Bronze Sword.

Thief

Swift blades and poisons. Look for Dexterity and a dagger; after the rusty starter dagger, the introduction leads to a Bronze Dagger.

Mage

Fire and frost magic. Look for Intelligence; after the worn starter staff, the introduction leads to an Ironwood Staff.

Druid

Nature, moonlight and sunlight magic. Look for Intelligence; after the worn starter staff, the introduction leads to an Ironwood Staff.

Ranger

Archery and hunting. Look for Dexterity; after the worn starter bow, the introduction leads to an Ironwood Bow.

3. Fight and equip a better weapon

Choose “Start fight” in the Enchanted Glade. Combat starts automatically after a short preparation. Watch how your hero handles the enemies before leaving them to fight for longer. An unlocked zone is not necessarily the best match for your equipment.

The first combat quest asks you to defeat five enemies. Then open your bag, inspect your loot and claim the quest reward. You start with a simple weapon for your class; better ones can be found, bought or crafted. Stop combat before equipping: select the weapon in your bag and use the equip action in its details.

Check the attack stat and required level, not just an item’s colour. Next, learn abilities under Hero → Abilities & talents and add them to your combat bar. Prepare potions and better equipment before attempting bosses or dungeons. The zone preview shows enemies, loot and the requirements for challenging its boss.

4. From raw materials to equipment

Open Professions → Woodcutting, choose Ironwood and start working. The early gathering quest requires 15 Ironwood. The action repeats automatically; you do not need to click again for each piece.

Professions have their own levels and worksites. Raw materials are processed by other professions and turned into equipment or tools. Pick a specific recipe as your goal, then check its ingredients, profession level and required building level. The introduction guides you towards a suitable starter weapon.

For crafting, choose a number of cycles. The order ends when that quantity is finished or ingredients or space run out. Then start your next task. Your hero has one ongoing main activity: switching from combat to gathering replaces the previous activity.

5. What happens when you close the browser?

Regular combat and professions can continue for up to twelve hours per absence as standard. A suitable activity must already be running. Opening a zone or profession page alone does not start an action.

The limit does not guarantee twelve hours of rewards: a full bag, missing ingredients or a completed crafting order can end work sooner. Defeats cost recovery time in combat. Normal boss challenges and dungeons pause while you are away.

  1. Make room in your bag and prepare supplies for your chosen activity.
  2. Start a regular fight you can handle or a suitable profession action. Check that the activity is actually running.
  3. When you return, check your progress, bag and current activity. Use those results to plan your next goal.

6. Play with others and find help

From the zone preview, you can find a party or create an open party. The Social area also contains parties, friends and guilds. Everyone’s preparation matters in party combat; a guild offers shared goals over time.

Use chat to ask questions and find other players. Visit the auction house under Trade to trade with players. If a feature is unclear, check the in-game Codex and the help available in that area.

Your first goal

Finish the introduction, equip a suitable weapon and start an activity you understand. You do not need to master every system on your first day.
