1. Respect other players
Treat others fairly and respectfully. Insults, targeted harassment, threats, hate speech and discrimination have no place in Aurevorn. Respect refusals and requests not to be contacted again. Do not use other accounts to get around a mute or ban.
2. Protect personal information
Do not publish private addresses, phone numbers, passwords or other confidential details. Do not ask other players for them. Do not impersonate the operator, a moderator or another person. Do not share suspicious links or pressure anyone into payments outside the game’s intended offers.
Sexual harassment, grooming and sexual approaches to minors are prohibited. Do not send pornography, extreme violence or other illegal content. Contact the appropriate emergency services if there is immediate danger; game support is not an emergency service.
3. Play and trade fairly
Use the intended game, trading and communication features. Fraud, exploits, harmful automation, account theft and bypassing safeguards are prohibited. Report defects privately to support. Normal idle and offline play is allowed.
Do not spam, repeatedly send unsolicited advertising or deliberately disrupt chats or groups. Only post content you have the right to use. Do not offer in-game items or accounts through external real-money transactions.
4. Reporting and getting help
Use the report feature if a contact or content concerns you. Report specific incidents with the time, character involved and a factual description where possible. Do not post accusations or private evidence in public chat. Do not misuse reports to pressure others.
In-game support is available for technical problems. For complaints about a measure, privacy requests or when you cannot access your account, contact the operator at info@aurevorn.net. Discord is an additional external contact route, not a requirement for making a complaint.
5. Handling violations
Depending on the situation, responses may include warnings, content removal, communication restrictions or account suspensions. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination of access. You can request a review using the contact address. Measures are based on the specific incident and applicable terms; statutory rights remain unaffected.
