1. Provider and free beta service
Aurevorn Idle is a browser-based online role-playing game provided by Nico Winkler, Emanuelstr. 226, 47178 Duisburg, Germany, contactable at info@aurevorn.net. These terms govern free use of the game. The code of conduct forms part of these terms. The privacy policy separately explains data processing and is not accepted as blanket consent.
The game is in beta / early access and under development. Bugs, maintenance periods and changes to features or game balance are possible. No general reset of progress is planned. Affected game states or transactions may be corrected to resolve specific technical faults; this does not give unlimited permission to delete progress arbitrarily. We inform affected users about material interventions. Statutory rights remain in force during beta.
2. Participation from age 16
You must be at least 16 to have an account. If you are not yet an adult, you may register only with any consent from your legal representative required by the law applicable to you. Email verification confirms access to your mailbox and does not replace that consent. There is no separate parental email approval process.
The minimum account age is a participation condition, not an official or USK content rating. The game includes fantasy combat, communication with other players and recurring progression. Please do not share private contact details in the game; use the report feature or info@aurevorn.net for problematic content or contact.
3. Registration and acceptance
Before submitting registration, you can read, print or save these terms and the code of conduct. You confirm the minimum age and explicitly accept the terms. The free service contract is formed when email verification succeeds and the account is created. If the request expires or the contract text changes first, you must restart registration with the current text. The selected contract language, full text, version and acceptance time are stored as evidence.
Acceptance is not assigned retroactively to existing accounts. You can explicitly accept the current version in Settings. Simply signing in or continuing to play does not count as acceptance of new terms.
Use an email address you can access and keep your password confidential. Do not access other people’s accounts. Contact support if you suspect unauthorised access. Selling accounts or using other accounts to evade restrictions or game rules is prohibited.
4. Game rules and virtual content
Play fairly and follow the code of conduct. Exploits, bots or automated interference that gives unintended advantages or disrupts the service are prohibited. The game’s intended idle and offline features are allowed. Report security issues and game defects instead of exploiting them or spreading instructions for abuse.
Game gold, items and other virtual game values are used within Aurevorn. Trading is possible through the game features provided for it. No conversion of game values into money or payout of winnings is offered. This does not affect statutory claims concerning services that were actually paid for.
5. Virtual content and future offers
Registration creates no payment obligation. There is currently no real-money checkout. Planned offers are one-time Aryx purchases for cosmetic content and time-limited membership without automatic renewal. Advertising and donation offers are not planned. This announcement is not a binding purchasing offer.
Membership in the current game provides time-limited benefits for experience, offline progress and certain capacity limits and is therefore not purely cosmetic. An unused membership token can be traded through the game’s features. Before any future real-money purchase, you will separately receive the specific service description, total price, duration and information about contract formation, withdrawal and statutory rights. These terms do not waive those rights.
6. Your content and communication
You must have the necessary rights to names, messages and other content you submit. Do not submit illegal content, another person’s confidential information or personal data about others without permission.
You permit your content to be stored, technically processed and displayed to the extent needed for the gameplay, communication, support and moderation features you use. This does not grant broader exclusive or unlimited exploitation rights. Data protection rights remain unaffected.
7. Moderation, reports and complaints
For specific rule violations or security risks, we may issue warnings, remove content, restrict communication or suspend accounts temporarily. Serious or repeated violations may justify permanent suspension or termination for cause. We consider the nature, seriousness and recurrence, affected players’ interests and proportionality. Where reasonable, a warning or opportunity to remedy the issue precedes termination. An immediate protective measure may be necessary in an urgent situation.
We inform you of measures affecting you and their main reason unless legal requirements or legitimate security interests prevent this. You can request a review by the operator at info@aurevorn.net, including when you cannot access your account. Where possible, identify the character, time and measure concerned, but do not send your password. Statutory rights to reasons, complaints and legal remedies remain in force.
You can report illegal content through the report feature or by email to info@aurevorn.net. Describe its location, time, content and the reason for the report as specifically as possible. Reports are reviewed; reporting must not be used for harassment or knowingly false allegations.
8. Changes and availability
Security updates, bug fixes and development may require game changes. Material changes are announced clearly. Where digital-product law applies, further changes remain subject in particular to statutory conditions, information duties and termination rights. Mandatory claims concerning outages or defective services remain unaffected.
New or materially changed terms are presented for explicit acceptance where a contract amendment is required. Silence or merely continuing to play does not replace acceptance.
9. Termination and statutory rights
You can terminate the free service contract at any time without notice and request account closure at info@aurevorn.net. We may ordinarily terminate this free contract with four weeks’ advance notice in text form, for example if the game is permanently discontinued. Both parties’ statutory rights to terminate for cause remain in force. Future paid services remain subject to their additional agreements and statutory rights; termination does not generally cancel those rights.
Erasure of personal data follows statutory rules and the privacy policy. Statutory liability and conformity rights apply. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights or impose an exclusive place of jurisdiction on consumers.
